Song is an artist and designer based in Toronto. Her artistic journey began with a focus on fine art, particularly sculpture, during her bachelor’s studies, followed by a master’s degree in art education in South Korea. This foundation has shaped her career, leading her to create installations and murals across various countries, including Korea, China, Jordan, Lebanon, the DR Congo, and Cambodia. Her close interaction with people has inspired her focus on art that directly engages with society and individuals. Alongside her artistic practice, Song shares her passion through teaching at OCAD University, the Art Gallery of Ontario, and Sheridan College. She is currently pursuing a PhD in Art Education at Concordia University.
